The asphalt distributor DGL5093GLQ-046 can be used to spray asphalt emulsion and cutback asphalt for road construction as prime coat, tack coat and sealing coat. It is the major equipment for road maintenance and surface treatment technology with asphalt emulsion, which can improve the construction quality and reduce the investment and maintenance cost.

The main performance characteristics of the equipment

Each of the spraying nozzles can be controlled individually. The spraying width can be adjusted freely and with a sharp start and stop.
The spray nozzle controlled via the pneumatic cylinder from the driving cab, safe and easy.
The asphalt pump adopted with proportional control of high precision to realize the accurate control of spraying rate.
The design of fan-shaped spraying nozzles can help to realize perfect spraying effect and good uniformity.
